Tee On Cloud Early Bird Offer
Offer Window
This Early Bird offer is available to eligible customers who sign and submit a Tee On Cloud service contract on or before September 30, 2026 ("Offer Window"). In order to allow reasonable time for contract completion, demos must be booked on or before September 21st, 2026 in order to initiate the process.

Contract Timing Requirement
To qualify, contracts must be both sent and signed within the Offer Window. A contract issued during the Offer Window does not guarantee Early Bird pricing on its own — it must also be fully executed and submitted by September 30, 2026.
Definition of Submission
A contract is considered "submitted" only once it is fully complete, with signatures from both parties included. Partial or single-party signatures do not satisfy this requirement.
Future Pricing
This Early Bird offer applies only to the initial contract signed within the Offer Window. Any future contracts for Tee On Cloud — including renewals, or contracts entered into after this term expires — will be subject to standard pricing and the normal rate of increase in effect at that time. Customers will be given reasonable advance notice of any future pricing changes prior to signing, through Tee On's typical quoting process. There are currently no planned promotions or offers that would apply a special rate to future contracts, and any such offers introduced in the future are expected to apply to new customers only — a category customers who accept this Early Bird offer will no longer belong to.
Late Signatures
If a contract is sent within the Offer Window but signed or submitted after September 30, 2026, the offer no longer applies. In that case:
- 2027 pricing will be applied instead of 2026 pricing
- The customer may be subject to standard onboarding fees
Discretionary Extensions
If the contract completion process is already underway and falls close to the end of the Offer Window, Tee On Golf Systems Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a short extension to allow the signature process to be completed. Such extensions are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No Extensions Otherwise
Outside of the discretionary allowance previously stated, the Offer Window will not be extended for individual customers, regardless of when a contract was sent. It is the customer's responsibility to complete and submit their signed contract before the deadline.
Eligibility
This offer applies to new Tee On Cloud customers only and cannot be combined with other pricing promotions unless otherwise stated in writing.
Right to Modify
Tee On Golf Systems Inc. reserves the right to modify, extend, or end this offer at any time prior to September 30, 2026, at its sole discretion.
