Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Canada who operate or represent an active public or private golf facility.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older and authorized to make or recommend purchasing decisions for their golf club.
- Not open to current Tee On Cloud customers. Open to golf clubs that are new to Tee On, or currently using Tee On Standalone and switching to Tee On Cloud.
- Limit one (1) entry per golf club.
Prize Details
- One (1) winner will receive a one-year (12-month) subscription to Tee On Cloud, including full access to standard platform features.
- All associated subscription and onboarding fees will be waived. Cost of hardware and transaction fees not included.
- Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted.
Contest Period
- Contest opens October 26, 2026, and closes December 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
- Winner will be selected at random and notified by email.
General Rules
- No purchase necessary.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner must respond within 15 business days to confirm eligibility; failure to do so will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
- By entering, participants consent to Tee On using their club name and region for winner announcements and promotional purposes.
- Tee On reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries, or modify the contest at any time without prior notice if necessary.
