How We Make
Onboarding a Heck
of a Lot Easier
How We Make
Onboarding a Heck
of a Lot Easier
We handle the heavy lifting.
You send us a few spreadsheets, we turn them into a system that feels like it's been yours all along.
We speak golf, and tech.
That helps. Our team is made up of golfers, nerds, coffee-lovers, developers, and we suspect there may also be some undercover superheroes. When you tell us about your tee times or POS setup, we actually know what you mean and have answers to your questions.
We keep it bite-sized.
Like a Two-Bite Brownie, it's two bites for some and one bite for others, but good either way. Onboarding happens in simple steps. We ditched the long meetings and 1000-page instruction manual.
We're fun to talk to.
And also easy to reach. Email, phone, chat—you'll always reach a human who knows your setup.
We make sure your team is confident before you go live.
Because the goal isn't just "done". It's "we're ready!". Smooth days at the counter, clean reports, and staff who know how to use the system.
We don't believe in cookie-cutter setups.
Every course is different, and your setup should be too. We'll tailor your rules, rates, and reports to fit how you actually run things.
We stick around after you launch.
Onboarding isn't the end—it's the start of a partnership. Your Customer Success Manager will keep checking in through your first season to make sure everything's running right.
How Onboarding Flows
Your onboarding journey is designed to be simple, structured, and supported every step of the way. Here's what to expect from the moment you sign on to the moment you're ready to roll.
Once you're officially part of the Tee On community, we'll confirm your onboarding timeline and introduce you to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. From here, everything moves quickly—we'll get your system setup started behind the scenes while you get ready for your Welcome Package.
A little something from us to say welcome aboard! You can expect a few special Tee On goodies coming your way to start things off on the right foot. It's about celebrating the wins in life, you know?
Your first meeting with your onboarding team sets the stage. We'll review your goals for the season, chat about any pain points, and go over what information you already have available so we know exactly how to tailor your setup. This check-in gives us a clear picture of what success looks like for your course.
It's time to start building and getting our hands dirty (proverbially, of course. We work in a tidy office with clean computers, after all). Together, we'll configure your tee sheets, create customer profiles, set booking rules, and walk through your check-in flow. This is where Cloud starts to really feel like it's your system. Before you know it, the system will feel simple, familiar, and efficient.
Let's bring the sales process to life as we organize your POS, configure your registers, import your product list, and confirm your reporting is set to track the details that matter most. Everything gets tested, so you're confident at the counter from day one.
If you offer F&B, big or small (who doesn't?), it's time to get to work! It's all about floor plans, fine-tuning menus and products, organizing product categories, and checking in on inventory. Let's not forget about the extras, like reservations for simulators, driving ranges, pickleball courts, or whatever else you've got hiding on your property. Everything needed to create a setup that works the way your team already does, with an improvement here or there.
By this point, you're fully set up, trained, and ready to send your resume to join the Tee On team. Kidding! (kinda, we're always on the lookout for superstars to join our team). We'll run one last readiness check together—testing your tee sheets, payments, and staff access, and making sure everyone on the team feels confident. Then it's time to celebrate because the system is live, the operations are streamlined, and you're officially in the Cloud.
Whatever the method, we'll get back to you ASAP.
